About the program

This program is about preparing work area for hygiene and safety, and ensuring performance, efficiency and maintenance of process machineries and tools for production of final products, as per the specifications and standards of the organization. It covers canning fruits and vegetables using machineries and producing fruit pulp from various fruits using machineries, execution of the squash and juice making process using various machineries. It also covers producing fruits and vegetable (tomato) products such as jam, jelly, and ketchup using various machineries. The programme would also help in building the key competencies of preparing baked products conforming to all quality standards as per standard operating procedures; Operate oven, plant, and machineries/equipment in synchronization with proof box; Follow and maintain food safety and hygiene in the work environment.
